Ground Regulations

Ground Regulations

The following Ground Regulations apply to all persons entering Throstle Nest Stadium. Entry to the ground constitutes acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the ground, suspension of entry rights, or further disciplinary action.

These regulations are in line with FA guidelines and applicable licensing laws.

1. Admission

1.1 All persons entering the ground must comply with the instructions of club officials, stewards, and police at all times.
1.2 The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of these regulations.

2. Alcohol

2.1 Alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed within designated spectator areas, including the terraces and seated stands.
2.2 Only alcohol purchased from the club’s licensed bars may be consumed on site. No alcohol may be brought into the ground.
2.3 All alcoholic beverages must be served and consumed in plastic containers only. Glass and cans are strictly prohibited in spectator areas.
2.4 Alcohol must not be taken onto the playing area, technical areas, or any other restricted zones.
2.5 Any person found to be acting in a disorderly, abusive, or unsafe manner while under the influence of alcohol will be removed from the ground.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted within Throstle Nest Stadium under any circumstances. Any person found in possession of these items may be refused entry or ejected from the ground. Where applicable, items may be confiscated and reported to the police.

Knives or bladed articles

Fireworks

Smoke canisters

Flares

Explosives or ammunition

Firearms

Weapons or any item that could be used as a weapon

Dangerous items

Laser devices or pointers

Bottles (glass or plastic, unless supplied by the club)

Glass vessels or containers

Poles or flag sticks likely to be used as a weapon or to compromise public safety

Air-horns or any form of gas-powered noise device

Hailers (e.g. megaphones)

Illegal substances or drugs

Scooters, skateboards, or skates

Darts or sharp projectiles

Any article deemed by stewards or club officials to be potentially dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate for a football environment

4. Behaviour and Conduct

4.1 Supporters must not engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards players, officials, staff, or fellow spectators.
4.2 Any form of pitch incursion, object throwing, or anti-social conduct is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Smoking, including vaping, is only permitted in designated areas.
4.4 Dogs are only permitted at the ground if kept on a lead and under control at all times (unless otherwise stated for specific events).

5. Photography and Filming

5.1 Entry to the ground constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the club or its partners for promotional or media purposes.
5.2 No person may film, record, or transmit any part of the match for commercial purposes without the club’s prior written permission.

6. Sanctions

6.1 Breach of these regulations may result in:

Ejection from the ground

Suspension or banning from future fixtures

Reporting to relevant authorities, including the police or Football Association
